More Information On Mail-In

Mail-In Repair Form

Before sending anything to our team via mail, please ensure you complete our Mail-In Repair Form. Simply click below to access the form and include a note in the package with your Repair Number and name. This helps our team match your completed form to your product.

Additionally, if you’re sending a device for Data Recovery or Liquid Damage repair that is locked with a passcode, it is required for you to provide the passcode. You can read more about our approach to privacy here.

Completed The Mail-In Repair Form?

Once you have completed the repair form, check your email address for a Repair Number. If you have not received one, check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to our team and we will provide you your Repair Number.

Data Recovery Or Liquid Damage Repair

If you are looking to mail-in your damaged or non-working iPhone, iPad, Mac or other device to us for Data Recovery we require the passcode for your device. Without the device passcode, we cannot access the device to recover any data.

Service Pre-Approval Payment

Whilst completing our Mail-In Repair Form, you have the option to pre-approve a budget for your service or repair, enabling faster turnaround. By setting a pre-approved price, you consent to immediate work up to that cost, avoiding delays associated with awaiting estimates.

For example:
– Display replacement: $650
– Logic Board Repair: starting from $450
– USB-C charging port replacement: $150

By pre-approving a budget of $200, you authorise repairs up to that amount, such as a USB-C charging port replacement. Should our assessment indicate this as the required repair, we’ll proceed with this service. If the service or repair required exceeds your pre-approved limit, our team will reach out with a detailed estimate.

Please note, setting a pre-approved budget does not require any payment made in advance. Once your service or repair is complete, an invoice will be issued to you.
